Andy Irons (HAW) was the first big seed to fall in the fourth event of
11 on the 2008 ASP World Tour. The current World No. 4 was eliminated
by fellow Hawaiian Fred Patacchia in Round 3 of the Globe Pro Fiji
today.

2008 QUIKSILVER ISA WORLD JUNIOR SURFING CHAMPIONSHIP IN HOSSEGOR, FRANCE
Hossegor, France May 2008 – The Costa Rica National Junior Surf Team is
already in Hossegor-Capbreton-Seignosse, France for its commitment with
the 2008 Quiksilver International Surfing Assocation (ISA) World Junior
Surfing Championship (WJSC) that will take place May 24 through June 1,
2008. A few days ago, however, the Team carried out a friendly practice
towards the title.
